We hope you love your Welikebali the label pieces. If somehow you do wish to make a return for any reason, please find all information below:
Items can be returned within 14 working days after receiving your order.
For your return please e-mail support@welikebali.com
For refunds the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Swimwear cannot be exchanged & refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address can be reshipped at customers expense.
When your returned items are received well, your refund will be processed.

How do I book?
Each experience links to its own product page where you can check details and book directly. For the 2D/1N Ricefield Stay + Combo, you can book via request (because it depends on availability and your preferred combo).
Who runs the tours?
Your day is hosted by Toko Travel’s local Balinese guides and partners. Welikebali curates the routes and experience style, and Toko Travel takes care of operations: guiding, logistics, transport, and on-the-ground coordination.
Is transport included?
Yes — hotel/villa pick-up and drop-off is included for these experiences (within the service areas noted on the product pages). You’ll be picked up in the morning and brought back in the afternoon/evening, depending on the tour.
Are the tours private or shared?
Our experiences are offered as private tours (just your group), if you're interested in a shared trip, please contact us on connect@welikebali.com
Are these tours family-friendly?
Yes. Many tours work really well for families, and selected experiences have a kid-friendly option (shorter walk, more rest stops, gentler pacing). Our team will contact you after your booking to customize your experience.
