Makali Temple Village

Nestled in the heart of tropical Pererenan, Canggu’s hot and upcoming area - this stunning intimate villa resort catched our eye. Ukiyo is a sun light filled holiday home, located in Umalas, a residential area between Seminyak and Berawa (about 15 minutes by motorbike to Canggu, 10 minutes to Petitenget). The perfect place for couples or friends to be close to it all but also retreat from the hustle and bustle of Canggu.

Echo Cabana is a one-bedroom apartment that can be entered by big sliding glass doors, which will lead you to the cozy and bright living area with open stairs to the vide with a double bed (and little work station for those who also need to get some work done!) The villa is located in a small complex of villas, so has 24/7 security out front and feels very safe.

Rumah Simba

Looking for a dreamy holiday home a bit more off the grid? Rumah Simba will take your breath away. This 3-bedroom private pool villa is located in the middle of the rice fields on Pantai Lima, just a little more up North from Pererenan.

With a short inside road bike ride, you’ll be in Canggu center or head up to Seseh. Whether you’re staying with a group of friends or family, it has everything you’ll ever dream of. We stayed here with the kids and absolutely loved every minute of it.

Rumah Simba is a unique combination of a Mediterranean villa with Japanese influence. A big, Japanese sliding door will let you enter the villa. On the ground floor there’s an open design kitchen and living, with glass windows and sliding glass doors on all sides. Which makes the sunlight fall in so graciously. There’s one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs with patio terrace. Outside there’s a lounge area, infinity pool and jacuzzi that looks out over the rice fields. This view is everything!
