Photo diary of our stay at Potato Head Studios

Potato Head Studios are probably one of the most unique gems on the island. A place we can't even begin to put into words. Over the years Potato Head grew out to a complete creative, cultural and culinair village and art center. The Potato Head studios are one of the latest new additions to the desa (it means village in Indonesian), where you can sleep in one of 168 rooms, immerse yourself in art, dip in the inifnity pool at sunset, dance till deep in the night and wake up to a revitalising djamu. How Potato Head describes it: "The building is an oceanfront hub of activity, a radical playground designed to let imagination lead." We couldn't have said it better. We were lucky to stay here on pre-opening night before The Studios opened its hotelroom doors for the public. At opening day we saw the most amazing Balinese sunset dance and music performance.

Enjoy our little photo diary and be inspired to visit the Desa for the day (tip: reserve a daybed by the pool!) when you're in Bali or make sure to book your stay here.
